Hello,
My name is Joseph Nelson, but everyone has called me by my initials J.R. my entire life. I was born and raised in North Central Massachusetts, where I call the small town of Lunenburg my home. Although, during the school year, UNE is now my home. Here at UNE I am a nursing major, and I am also a member of the varsity football team. I am very passionate about my studies, but also find plenty of time to do stuff I enjoy. I love spending time with my family and my dog, and I like to vacation, especially in Maine. As a very family-orientated and hard-working person, I hope to carry this over to my future occupation, as I continue to strive for a career in nursing here at UNE.
